Who should I contact for trade inquiries?

Please direct all inquiries related to samples, quotes and studio visits to our dedicated team at trade@gantri.com. We aim to respond within one business day.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, please email trade@gantri.com and our team will guide you through the process.

What are the payment options and terms?

We accept multiple payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal and ACH. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Payment in full is required to begin production.

Lead Time

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production times vary by light and are detailed on each product page. Quick-Ship items ship within two weeks. Made-to-order items are produced at our San Leandro facility in California, with lead times varying based on order quantity. For specific inquiries or expedited production, please email trade@gantri.com.

What shipping options are available for my orders?

We offer free UPS ground shipping if you order 2 or more items. Single units cost $22 to ship. All accessory items ship for free. Shipping times are established after production is complete and vary by delivery location. All lights ship from San Leandro, California.

Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

We accept free 30-day returns for all orders under 20 items. Orders with more than 20 items do not qualify for returns. With the return, products, including accessories and light bulbs, must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Installed products cannot be returned. To start the return process, please email trade@gantri.com.

What warranty do you offer for your products?

Our products are backed by an industry-leading 3-year warranty, providing comprehensive coverage against manufacturing defects and ensuring peace of mind for both you and your clients.

How are your products manufactured?

Our products are locally manufactured in California using a digital, on-demand 3D printing process. This allows us to support a broader range of designers and deliver high-quality, customizable designs at competitive prices.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are made from Gantri Plant Polymers, an eco-friendly material available in opaque and translucent blends. The opaque blend withstands high temperatures and is finished with a premium, smooth, water-based paint. The translucent blend features light-diffusive particles to enhance the unique patterns created by 3D printing. These materials combine durability with environmental responsibility, ensuring our lighting solutions are as sustainable and sturdy as they are stylish.
