Gantri Launches First Retail Partnership with Room & Board

The partnership will debut in January 2026 with four lighting designs across categories, bringing Gantri's innovative solutions to Room & Board's online channel and national network of stores

Gantri has launched their first-ever brick-and-mortar retail partnership with modern furniture retailer Room & Board. The collaboration brings the California-based, innovative lighting brand's digitally manufactured designs to the retailer's online marketplace and all 21 stores across the US, providing access to a wider audience to experience and purchase their products outside of their online brand-owned, direct-to-consumer channels. The move marks a significant milestone for Gantri as it expands their business-to-business sales program and builds retail presence.

More than 90% of Room & Board's products are made in the U.S. using top-quality domestic and imported materials. A steadfast focus on quality, value, and service since 1980 has built their reputation as one of the most respected furniture retailers in the country. With California-based production and sustainably-minded processes and materials, Gantri will be a seamless addition to Room & Board's selection.

Gantri debuts the partnership with four of their bespoke lighting designs, including both table and mounted options: Arpeggio Table Light, Arpeggio Sideboard Table Light by Studio Elk, Gallery Task Light by Andrew Ferrier, and Kalli Wall Sconce by Carlos Jimenez Design. The debut designs are drawn from across Gantri’s creative community, representing a distinct selection of styles. Suitable for a variety of design solutions, the Kalli Wall Scone is also UL-listed for use across commercial applications as well as at home. 

Every piece in the Gantri collection is made onshore in San Leandro, California, crafted from their proprietary material selection and implementing their distinct digital manufacturing process. Gantri's Plant Polymer selections are derived from non-GMO sugarcane and include two distinct blends. The opaque blend polymer is engineered to withstand high temperatures and finished with a premium water-based paint that's beautifully smooth and soft to the touch. They also offer a translucent blend with light-diffusive particles, allowing light to shine through beautifully while showcasing the stunning and unique abilities of digital fabrication.
